Size Guide
Buying kit online without trying it on is a gamble. We get it. So here's the honest version, based on what our customers actually buy.
The quick version:
- Jackets: match your trouser size. Broad build? Go one up.
- Trousers: between sizes? Size down.
- Jerseys & tees: grab whatever you normally wear.
Jackets
Our jackets come up on the smaller side. If you're ever stuck between two sizes, always go for the bigger one.
The easiest rule we've found: pick the same size jacket as your Exile Trousers. If you're a 36" waist, you're in an XL trouser, so go XL in the jacket. A large on a 36" waist won't work, however much you want it to (believe me, we've tried).
If you're broader through the chest or shoulders, or you like layering up underneath in winter, go one more size up. Our data shows roughly 7 in 10 riders with a 36" waist are spot on in an XL, and the other 3 go XXL.

There's a size chart on the jacket pages with measurements too, but fit isn't always just about numbers on a chart. If the chart and this guide disagree, trust this guide.
Trousers
The Exile Trousers have a ratchet adjustable waist with loads of give in it. So if you're between sizes, size down and bring the waist in to fit.
Women's Exiles: size to your hips and thighs, then use the 3-point adjustable waist to bring it in. The Exiles really are GOAT for women.
Jerseys
Grab the size you always wear day to day. That's it. There's no size chart because they're our lowest-returned product. The sizing just works.
T-Shirts
Same as the jerseys. Your usual size.
Got it wrong anyway? We've got you.
If the size isn't right, swapping is easy. It's £3.50 for a return QR code, and you pick InPost Locker or Royal Mail. No printer needed. Of course you can use your own courier, but usually works out cheaper to use us.
As soon as you've dropped it off and the tracking shows it's on its way back, we send your new size straight out. You don't have to wait for your parcel to reach us first.
